Changes and returns will be accepted within 14 calendar days and the cost will be charged to the customer.

·        Changes

In order to proceed with the right of change and to be accepted, the product must be in excellent condition, without altering its packaging, its special markings (tabs) have been removed and having been washed. The returned product must have the relevant purchase documents (retail receipt or sales invoice).

·        Money Return

You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase you may have made through our online store, without stating the reasons or providing us with any explanation (unnecessary withdrawal).

The right of withdrawal is exercised when you want to return the product you bought from our online store, and get your money back.

The above deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, is exercised from the next day that you or a person you have indicated to us as responsible for the receipt of your products (other than the carrier) acquired the physical possession of the purchased goods.

Upon receipt of the package, we check that the products are in excellent condition and the money will be returned to your account within 14 days.

Attention: The refund process applies to products that are not on discount or on offer.

·        Withdrawal Procedure

To make the right of withdrawal you must contact us within 14 days.

You must send us the order within 14 days. The charge for the return of the products is charged to the customer.

Refunds are only for the value of the products, not including shipping or cash on delivery costs you may have paid.

It is clarified, however, that in order to get your money back in case of withdrawal, the product must be in excellent condition, received without damage and complete, within its original packaging and accompanied by all relevant documents.

PRODUCTS WHICH WILL NOT BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WILL NOT BE RECEIVED.
