In order to carry out any transaction through our online store (eshop) Peccato D. GRAPSAS and SIA EE and to place product orders, the customer must provide certain personal details, ie name, address (City-Street-Number-Postal Code) in order to send him the products, contact phone and email if available to be informed about the progress of his order.

Ways of receiving
All deliveries of our products in Greece are made through the "Geniki Taxydromiki" within 1-3 working days. Once the product of your choice is removed from our warehouses for shipment to you, a relevant email will be sent to you for your information.

Other information
You have every right to return the entire order or part of it, without necessarily having to specify the reason, assuming the shipping costs. If the reason for your return comes from a mistake of the company, peccato undertakes to bear the shipping costs. Your return is delivered to us within 2-3 working days by the General Post Office. With any other shipping of your choice we do not bear any responsibility for the delivery times. After receiving and approving your return, the company will send you an informative mail within 6-7 days to inform you about how to resolve your issue.
To replace the products, where the company can not offer you, you must return the product and place a new order with the products of your choice again noting that it is a CHANGE!
Refunds depending on how your order was placed your request will be processed within 14 days. You have the option of either returning money to a bank account or crediting the value of the product you returned in order to use it in your next purchase.
* For hygiene reasons, peccato does not accept returns on leggings, swimwear, bodysuits, tights and earrings.

All payments made using credit or debit are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform which uses TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption card (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). When paying by card, the User automatically goes to the Alpha Bank environment and makes the payment with the security guaranteed by the Alpha e-Commerce electronic payment platform of Alpha Bank. Our company does not receive any payment details except that the payment was completed successfully. Once the payment is completed successfully the user returns to our website and completes his order.
